Catastrophe Response Mobile Insurance (Claims) Offices
This 53-foot, single expandable semitrailer has housed a couple previous CMI interiors. It's newest interior was a complete, from the ground up, build for Nationwide Insurance. Upon completion of the vehicle, this catastrophe response unit left CMI and headed straight to a devastated tornado site.
In addition to the warm and comfortable interior (explained below), this unique vehicle features a 50-foot exterior awning system that extends its capabilities beyond the trailer itself. This awning system turns the entire passenger side of the trailer into an outdoor room where more desk spaces and hospitality stations can be set up for those in need.
The trailer will typically be entered from one of a couple passenger side entrances. Upon entering towards the rear, you will walk into a reception area with a restroom and kitchenette for comfort and convenience.
A doorway to the right of the kitchen area will lead you into the large, 12-person office area. Each member from the Nationwide team has their own desk area because of the massive amount of space created by the driver's side slide-out. Each of the beautiful Corian desk spaces includes upper and lower cabinetry, individual lighting, and numerous plug-in capabilities. There is also a specific station dedicated to office supply storage and a printer/scanner/fax machine.
The front end of the coach features a private conference and presentation room. This area has a 32" LED TV, a small refreshment refrigerator, and contains concealed electrical systems.
