Photo Restoration Lab
This one-of-a-kind vehicle is
a mobile lab showcasing photo
restoration products and methods. It made its television debut on Extreme
Makeover: Home Edition in New Orleans helping restore photos
damaged during Hurricane Katrina.

The vehicle is also equipped with rear light guards, a massive
front brush guard, an emergency
roof, work scene lights, and rally fog lights. |
The photo restoration SUV is a
Cadillac Escalade ESV and consists of three stations. Each station
is equipped with a desktop computer system, scanner and printer.

A high-tech inverter system and
onboard generator powers all the equipment which allows the vehicle's
lap to be set up anywhere.
|
The
stations are protected from the sun by dark, opaque canopies with
additional protection from black mesh flaps. The mesh material can
be zippered onto the canopy forming a tent, all of which assembles
from a kit stored in the vehicle.
