Tailgate Sprinter
One Texas
Longhorn fan drove off with this custom built tailgater happier
than a pig in mud. The 2008 170” Extended Sprinter was built for
the owner of a restaurant chain in Texas. He
wanted something that would 'WOW' friends and family; and this
Maverick fits the bill. This vehicle is perfect for
traveling, partying, entertaining, and much more!
|
|
This vehicle welcomes you with a warm Texas-inspired color
palette. The interior features six custom upholstered, luxury
captain's chairs (including driver and passenger) and a
J-lounge sofa in the rear that accommodates three
more people. Two removable tables located in the aisle-way
are
stored under the lounge when not in use. The four
middle seats recline and swivel to surround the center-most
table.
|
|
The vehicle features state-of-the-art
electronics
and a "smart" power inverter/battery charger to
run them. The
surround sound system is designed specifically to fit this
vehicle and two 26-inch LCD TVs make sure every seat has a
view. The front TV hides in the ceiling and can be
flipped down by a motorized power lift. Other built-in amenities include a KVH
in-motion satellite dish, wireless internet, video game
jacks, and wireless headphones. |
|
Across from the rear J-lounge is party central. This
area includes the most important tailgating amenity of all;
a bathroom! Just ahead of the bathroom is a small
galley cabinet with a refrigerator and counter space.
To add to the travel/tailgate functionality is a rear
microwave mounted in a cabinet that sits above a handy
cooler shelf. This shelf allows for storage and
beverage access from the front and rear. |
