This rugged machine was
designed with toughness in mind.
Complete
with custom bumpers and tires, front nerf bar, hi-lift
brackets and sand ladder brackets, Koni shock absorbers,
auxiliary front lights and
rear work lights etc. etc. etc. - it definitely is the baddest
Sprinter on the
road.
The vehicle's features are
nearly endless and liken it to a full-service mobile
camp-ground. It includes many clever and functional assets; like a
retractable screen that seals the rear door opening and a
snap-on screen for the side door that allows the owners to
experience open air living with no bugs or direct sun.
A custom table pulls out from beneath the rear
bed creating a comfortable dinette area. The couch folds flat
into another sleeping area and has a unique feature exemplifying
the "no wasted space" mentality of this vehicle. When the
couch is in its bed position it seems too short to fit an
average-sized adult, but remove the right arm-pillow and viola!
An 18-inch deep foot cubby is exposed beneath the lofted rear
bed.
There is a ton
of room
to store gear in under seat bins and overhead
cabinets as well as atop the massive roof racks.
A CB radio
and a
king dome satellite television antenna were
installed to provide reception and contact in the most remote
of locations.
The custom bed and pull-out sofa
bed provide plenty of sleeping space for two, and an LCD
television, VCR/DVD player, and a
surround stereo system provide the entertainment.
Personalized lighting is placed throughout for a variety of
tasks - both inside and out.
The entrance area does the duty of a mud-room and
acts as the restroom. A hidden cassette toilet pulls out when
nature calls. To give you privacy, a shower curtain surrounds
via a ceiling track. The toilet stows away to create a shower
area right there in the middle of the vehicle. Shower controls
are above the door and an elaborate drainage system is worked
out below the slatted teak wood flooring. If you thought
that this area couldn't have anymore, you're wrong. There is
also a flip-down table that comes out of the wall. Just a step
beyond the bathroom area is the kitchenette.
A two burner propane stove complete with a butcher block cover
resides above a microwave and next to a stainless sink with
commercial faucet.
Across from that is a built-in refrigerator and freezer.
